Welcome to ETC Marketing! We’re excited to work with you to create amazing, customized products and experiences. To make sure everything goes smoothly, here’s what you need to know:

1. Your Custom Creations

We’re all about bringing your vision to life! Whether it’s branded merchandise, custom printed materials, or other creative projects, we’ll make sure to get your approval on designs, proofs, and specs before production starts. Once you give the green light, changes might not be possible—and if they are, there could be extra charges. Double-check everything to make sure it’s just the way you want it!

2. Order Changes and Cancellations

Changed your mind or need to cancel? Let us know ASAP! If we haven’t started production yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate. If work has already begun, additional costs may apply to cover materials and labor. Please note that certain materials or services may be non-refundable depending on their nature.

3. Returns and Refunds

We stand by the quality of our work! If there’s a defect or your order doesn’t match the approved design, we’ll make it right. However, since our creations are custom-made, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items. To initiate a return or claim, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos, if applicable.

4. Showcasing Your Projects

We’re proud of the work we do, and we love to show it off! Unless you let us know otherwise, we might feature your project in our portfolio or marketing materials. If you’d rather keep things private, just say the word.

5. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is discussed and confirmed upfront. Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Late payments may incur a small interest charge (up to 15% every 30 days). If payments remain outstanding, we may need to escalate the matter, which we’d much prefer to avoid. Let’s keep things friendly! For large orders, a deposit may be required before production begins.

6. Delivery and Timelines

We aim to deliver on time, every time. That said, sometimes delays happen due to factors beyond our control (like weather, supply chain issues, or a random alien invasion). If something unexpected comes up, we’ll keep you informed and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, will be outlined in your invoice.

7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

You own your logos, designs, and creative assets—we’re just here to bring them to life. By working with us, you grant us permission to use your assets for the purpose of completing your order and for showcasing the work (unless you’ve opted out). Any designs we create specifically for you are yours once payment is completed in full. For any collaborative designs, intellectual property rights will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

8. Liability

We promise to do our best, but we’re only human. In the unlikely event of an error, our liability is limited to the cost of the services or products in question. We’re not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages. Please review all proofs and documents carefully to minimize errors.

9. Force Majeure

Sometimes, life happens (pandemics, natural disasters, or acts of God). If something beyond our control prevents us from fulfilling your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right, but we can’t be held responsible for delays or non-performance in such cases.

10. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth process, we rely on your timely feedback and approval at key stages of the project. Delays in communication may affect production timelines. It’s your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

11. Confidentiality

We value your trust and will handle all sensitive information with care. Any non-disclosure agreements will be honored. If you have specific confidentiality requirements, please let us know.

12. Agreement to Terms
